Every day in Arizona, teenagers are carrying weight no one sees. Childhood domestic violence. Sexual abuse. Emotional wounds quietly shaping who they're becoming, before they even know it's happening.

D.O.V.E.S. Network® doesn't wait for the crisis. We step in early, equipping young people with the tools, skills, and support they need to break cycles before they begin.

Who We Are

D.O.V.E.S. Network® is a youth-centered prevention organization serving young people ages 12–24. We break cycles of domestic and sexual violence through trauma-informed education, real skill-building, and early intervention, meeting youth where they are, in their communities and in their lives.

Who We Serve

We work with youth who are navigating trauma, exposure to relationship violence, and adverse childhood experiences; young people who need more than awareness. They need tools. They need adults who show up. They need a place where they belong.

What We Do

We equip young people with emotional intelligence, healthy relationship skills, and the decision-making tools to lead differently than what they've seen. Through structured curriculum, peer engagement, and youth-centered programming, we build:

• The ability to recognize and name unhealthy relationship behaviors
• Emotional regulation and communication skills
• Confidence and identity rooted in self-worth, not survival

When a family needs more, we connect them to counseling, legal aid, safety planning, and community resources through our referral network, so no one navigates a crisis alone.
