Brelby Foundation

The Brelby Foundation is a small 501(c)(3) organization located in Glendale, Arizona, that serves its community by bringing new and original works of art to the public. We aim every day to achieve this vision through providing local directors, writers, designers, and actors with a supportive environment to enhance their creative abilities and explore their talents through the production of high quality live theatre.

Founded in 2017, we have spent the past two years consistently highlighting local, original works. We work closely with local theatres in the West Valley to ensure that Arizona is a place where people from all walks of life have the opportunity to engage with the performing arts, whether that be as an audience member or artist. This year, the Brelby Foundation will support artists and their projects through quarterly micro-grants of $100. These one-time micro-grants are given on a no-strings-attached basis to artists creating, developing and producing work in the West Valley. Our hope is that this money will help relieve some of the economic strain that often hinders artists from flourishing and creating art in an unstable environment. We also continue to apply for grants to help our community flourish.
