Hope Lives - Vive La Esperanza

A nonprofit organization

Hope Lives – Vive La Esperanza

Culturally-Rooted Support. Peer-Led Healing. Hope in Action.

Since 2010, Hope Lives – Vive La Esperanza has been committed to reducing recidivism and transforming lives by providing culturally relevant, peer-led support services to individuals and families navigating complex behavioral health needs and systemic barriers.

As a Peer/Community Run Organization (PRO) and 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we serve diverse communities across Maricopa, Coconino, and Mohave counties, creating pathways to healing, stability, and self-determination.

Who We Serve

We work alongside individuals who are:

  • Receiving or eligible for Adult SMI/GMHSU services

  • Enrolled in care through Tribal/Regional Behavioral Health Authorities (RBHA) and Managed Care Organizations (MCO)

  • Not enrolled with an MCO but seeking support through a sliding fee scale

Our services support a wide range of individuals and families, including fathers, mothers, veterans, youth in transition, and others facing unmet behavioral, emotional, or social needs.

Through partnerships with healthcare providers, human service agencies, faith-based organizations, and local institutions, we create a connected support system rooted in cultural humility and community care.
