Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona

Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona offers special diet and regular diet meals, with more than 10 special diet options, delivered by volunteers who care. At just $5 each, our meals nourish our neighbors, provide a friendly visit, and help people stretch their limited resources to meet their basic needs. When you support Mobile Meals you give so much more than a meal.

Our mission is to deliver nutritious meals to people in Southern Arizona through a network of caring individuals.
New in 2023, clients can now order online, choose from a list of menu items, order as much per day as they would like (to feed their household and have enough on hand for holidays and weekends), and opt for one to five deliveries per week.

Just as important as the meals we delivery are the friendly faces of the volunteers who deliver them. For some of our clients, our volunteers are the only human companionship they have each week. The work we do improves both the physical and mental health of those we serve and also helps them to avoid the high financial and emotion costs of nursing home or assisted living care.
