Arizona Lions Vision and Hearing Foundation of Multiple District 21

A nonprofit organization

"Dedicated to providing exceptional medical care to restore vision and hearing for those without adequate resources."

The Foundation's newest program is Closing the Gap on Children's Vision Screening. When children are vision screened and found to be in need to see an eye doctor this new program brings the doctor, optician and team to the school to provide free eye exams and free glasses. The program is directed to the most in need population, those having no vision insurance. This program has greatly increased the number of children receiving an eye exam for free.

Our Foundation provides quality eye care & surgeries including cataract and retinal problems; New and refurbished hearing aids; and recycling of eyeglasses, hearing aids, and cell phones for all of Arizona. We serve all ages . We have recently merged with the Arizona Lions Vision Center, Inc. and now serve the whole state of Arizona taking up the challenge issued by Helen Keller our foundation is the "Knights of the Blind" battling to end preventable blindness. Our staff and board of directors strive to serve those without resources. We also serve the veterans, homeless, Native American communities, the working poor providing new and low cost eye glasses and eye tests with our Mobile Vision unit throughout the State of Arizona.
