Control Alt Delete LLC

Control Alt Delete removes the barriers that keep people in abusive situations. By addressing the immediate needs such as fuel, transportation, lodging, food, hygiene items and security we are able to bridge a gap in services creating a Society of Survivors by providing one time assistance to those fleeing domestic violence.

Control Alt Delete is volunteer run and 100% of every donation goes directly to helping people escape abuse. On average we have 6 escapes e a day but that number has increased dramatically with this pandemic. Abusers believe their victims cannot escape and the violence escalates.

Control Alt Delete was founded on 9/2/2019 to address the gap in services for people trying to escape abuse. 99% of all abuse victims are financially abused. They may have a car but no access to money for gas. We provide that fuel.

From September 2019 - December 2019 Control Alt Delete facilitated 239 escapes that included 430 children.
From January 2020 - December 2020 Control Alt Delete facilitated 1539 escapes that included 3237 children.
From January 2021 - December 2021 Control Alt Delete facilitated 2886 escapes that included 5546 children.
From January 2022 - December 2022 Control Alt Delete facilitated 4711 escapes that included 9016 children.
From January 2023 - December 2023 Control Alt Delete facilitated 11,613 escapes that included 22,246 children.

From January 2024 - December 2024 Control Alt Delete facilitated 16,289 escapes that included 30,999 children.

Who are all now safe!

January 2021 we started tracking pets that escaped and senior citizen escapes, while the numbers change daily as of 1/28/2025 there have been 2,740 elderly escapes from domestic abuse with the most needed service being grocery assistance.
We have helped 15,539 pets escape; most of the time the Survivors would not have left if they had not been able to take their beloved pets with them.

The average cost of an escape is now $16.35. $16.35 to save lives!

We address every escape to identify the barriers and then systemically work to remove that barrier immediately. It can be hard to believe but something as small as a $10 cab ride can be the difference between staying and escaping which can literally be the difference between life and death.

Control Alt Delete helped a mom and kids secure their home by:
Changing the locks
Adding security camera system
Resetting the pin on the garage door

The mom sent a message saying it was the first night in years that her children slept peacefully although the oldest did wake up and check the camera system several times throughout the night. Mom knows there will be more challenges once the abusers gets released from jail but they feel much safer in a home he has no access to.

Control Alt Delete helped a mom with a medically fragile child escape abuse. From the mom "I stayed for years and years for a lot of reasons but the biggest being I have to be able to do laundry to keep my child healthy. Control Alt Delete not only helped me escape to a friends home but provided laundry soap for an entire year! We are safe because of Control Alt Delete"

A recent text from a Control Alt Delete Survivor "I felt like the world was burning all around me with flames and heat everywhere, smothering me. Then your calm voice said to me "we've got this" and I knew we were going to be ok."

With 1,533 being senior citizens we have helped as trusted family and friends have robbed and abused them. While we change locks, give gas cards and BIN Bins the largest need for this demographic has been food. Most on fixed incomes with no access to money they have no way to purchase groceries. There is an immense and instant relief when we ask them to make a grocery list and we come back with everything they need.
