Dress for Success Phoenix

The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Dress for Success Phoenix designs and delivers programs to help women overcome challenges for every phase of their personal or professional journey, whether they are a job seeker, an employed professional or someone ready to be a leader in their community. We offer outcome-driven programs to ensure women are getting hired, being promoted, receiving well-earned raises, networking with other professional women, and gaining control of their finances.

This means that if you work and have an AZ state tax liability, you can make up to $800 in donations annually to Dress for Success Phoenix and get all the money back once you file your return ($400 maximum for single filers). Strengthening our community through supporting women in the Valley and doing so free of charge is a win-win all around!
