We're committed to providing high quality care, with respect and dignity, to medically marginalized people in the Phoenix area.
We recognize the rights of all people to have accessible and equitable health services through an integrative, sustainable model. By challenging the dominant culture of healthcare, we seek to promote cultural humility and inspire health justice advocacy.
PACH provides healthcare, free of cost, to those who have no ability to obtain insurance or other healthcare assistance. We at PACH also work with, and provide support to, those who provide health education to the underserved, including hosting free cooking and nutrition classes, and diabetes support groups, community health promoters and home visits.
Phoenix Allies for Community Health offers a multitude of services for our patients to ensure they are getting the best care they need when they walk through our doors.
Food & Nutrition Security: A community well-fed and nourished is a thriving community. At PACH, we address food and nutrition insecurity through hunger efforts, like our food pantry and food drives. A well-balanced diet is only possible if it is accessible.
COVID-19 Vaccines & Boosters: A healthy individual leads to a healthy community. PACH has been administering vaccines and boosters, and providing vaccine education to community members.
Health Education & Support: To educate is to empower. We encourage our patients to take ownership of their health by giving them the tools and knowledge necessary to embark their journey of transformation.
Case Management: When you're with us, you're family. We work closely with our patients to assure they are connected and utilizing accessible resources to receive comprehensive care.
"It's a privilege and an honor to work with Clinica PACH. In my entire life, I've never worked with such a dedicated team of volunteers. From house calls to case management, to patient-led support groups, and really good family medicine as well. The care provided here is incredible."
--Jason Odhner, RN, BSN, CCRN (Co-Founder)
"Since PACH was founded, I have seen PACH maintain its mission of serving people in need. PACH is important because there is a need in the community for high quality primary healthcare. I've seen the impact PACH has had on patients in both my personal and professional practice, as PACH providers have helped patients avoid medical complications and provided the social and emotional support to patients, that is much needed through difficult times. This type of care is essential in a patients' recovery. "
-- Dr. Roxana Neyra, MD
"Everybody deserves accessible and equitable healthcare! The volunteers at PACH go above and beyond to meet the needs of our patients and deliver comprehensive healthcare. It is an absolute joy to be part of the team at Phoenix Allies for Community Health and a privilege to be part of a movement for change. This would not have been possible if it were not for our volunteers and our supporters."
-- Tina Chu, PA
"Our patients deserve the best care we can provide and their gratitude is always amazing. The rapport established with our patients brings joy as a healthcare provider, whether it be listening to a patient going through a difficult time or providing a much-needed medication. The volunteers and board members of PACH strive to provide to each patient what is necessary at every visit. I am proud to volunteer for PACH, as its basic tenet that healthcare is a human right strikes a resounding chord within me,"
