Arizona Peer and Family Career Academy

Our mission is to inspire Recovery and Wellness through Professional Development and Continuing Education, in order to equip Emerging Leaders and strengthen the integrated care workforce workforce from a lived experience perspective.

The Peer and Family Career Academy was built from the collaborative efforts of peers and family members who receive behavioral health services, advocate for policies that impact mental health, and/or provide behavioral health services within Arizona's integrated healthcare system. This past year we trained over 1600 professionals representing 173 unique organizations/employers including 21 different cities.
