The mission of Catalina Council is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. We provide youth with programs and activities that allow them to: - try new things - provide service to others - build self-confidence - reinforce ethical standards

The vision for the Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America is to be the premier youth leadership and character development program in Southern Arizona with an emphasis on quality outdoor experiences. We serve over 2,500 young people in Southern Arizona with the help of over 900 registered adult volunteers.
87 Scouts BSA members earned the Eagle Rank. Over 23,000 service project hours were contributed throughout our communities.
Our traditional Scouting program in Southern Arizona serves all ages:
Cub Scouts: For boys and girls ages 5-10, grades K-5
Scouts BSA: For boys and girls ages 11-17, grades 5-12
Venturing: Our co-ed outdoor/high adventure program for boys and girls ages 14-20
Exploring: Our co-ed career exploration program for boys and girls ages 14-20

Our Camping facilities at Camp Lawton and the Double V Scout Ranch provide the outdoor education, training, and hands on experience space for our leaders and youth.
