Keys to Change, formerly known as the Human Services Campus, provides solutions to homelessness throughout Maricopa County, Arizona. Through prevention, intervention, and expanded access to housing, Keys to Change aims to strengthen our community and create lasting change that ends homelessness for good.

Keys to Change operates the 13-acre Phoenix Key Campus—a collaboration among nonprofit, private, government, and community organizations that provides direct, wraparound services to people experiencing homelessness.
