Lions Camp Tatiyee, Inc.

Camp Tatiyee's mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with special needs by providing a life improving experience promoting their emotional health, independence, self esteem and confidence, all free-of-charge. We do this by providing a community that empowers individuals to grow socially, physically and emotionally. We believe that everyone deserves to be accepted, loved and respected.

Camp Tatiyee upholds the dignity of all individuals, at all times by embracing their abilities by asking "how" rather than "if". We serve children and adults with special needs from all over Arizona. Our children and adults have school-age and adult sessions, so that all but 2 sessions, do not age out, but continue with their friends into adult programs. We serve those with total care needs. At camp, disabilities are the normal, but no one is limited, everything is adapted. Camp is where our campers learn that they are not alone, we all have things that challenge us and that they can do more than even they imagined.
