Neighbors Who Care, Inc.

At Neighbors Who Care community volunteers help the elderly live at home for as long as feasible with pride, dignity, and independence.

Community volunteers provide free services to allow frail, homebound, and disabled seniors to continue living in their own homes for as long as feasible. Services include transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping and errands, meal delivery, minor home repairs, reassurance phone calls, friendly visits, welfare checks, business assistance, caregiver respite, and case management. Neighbors Who Care also provides structured follow-up and support when needed for seniors being discharged from hospitals and medical facilities. Community education and caregiver support programs are available for any aging seniors inside and outside our 32-square mile service area.
