The Phoenix Public Library Foundation develops critical relationships and resources to support library programs that ensure children succeed, deliver arts and cultural experiences, and help individuals achieve personal and professional growth. Simply put, we make a good library great!

Did you know thousands of 4- and 5-year-olds get ready for school each year at Phoenix Public Library’s Kindergarten Bootcamp? Have you heard adults earn high school diplomas and receive personalized guidance toward achieving career goals at the Library? What if we told you tweens and teens learn coding and create 3-D printed models after school at our libraries? Phoenix Public Library is more than shelves filled with books—every day, your neighbors and their families are changing their lives here.

For more than 100 years, Phoenix Public Library has delivered vital services that are responsive, flexible, and innovative. While tax dollars buy books and keep lights on, the transformative programs that prepare children for school, put adults back to work, guide students toward college, and nurture entrepreneurship depend on private support.
