Help Us Build a Future Where Every Family Has a Home
At Pima County Community Land Trust (PCCLT), we believe that every family deserves a place to call home—a place where children feel safe, where memories are made, and where dreams take root. But for many hardworking families in Pima County, the dream of homeownership feels out of reach. That’s where we come in.
For over 15 years, PCCLT has been a lifeline for families seeking stability. We've rehabbed, built, and preserved 105 homes, creating permanently affordable housing that stays within reach for generations. Through our Community Land Trust model, subsidies are recycled, ensuring that homeownership remains attainable—not just for today, but for every family that follows. To date, 127 households have stepped into homeownership through our program, and we’ve also developed 22 affordable rental units to serve those working toward their dream.
But we do more than build homes—we empower families. Through our HUD-approved housing counseling, we provide one-on-one guidance, financial literacy workshops, and homebuyer education so families don’t just buy homes—they keep them, maintain them, and thrive in them.
Your Support Creates Lasting Change
With your help, we can:
*Rehab and repair homes, ensuring safe, healthy living spaces for families in need.
*Provide emergency rental assistance, preventing families from losing their homes during financial crises.
*Expand financial literacy programs, equipping families with the knowledge to build brighter futures.
*Strengthen our capacity, allowing us to serve even more families in Pima County.
When you donate to PCCLT, you’re not just giving money—you’re giving hope, stability, and a future. You’re investing in families who need a hand up, not a handout.

Jacqueline’s Dream of Homeownership Came True
For years, Jacqueline dreamed of having a home to call her own—a place where she could plant roots, build memories, and feel a true sense of belonging. But like so many hardworking individuals, the path to homeownership felt impossible.
Since moving to Tucson in 2016, Jacqueline had been renting, never sure if stability was within reach. That all changed when she found Pima County Community Land Trust (PCCLT). With their guidance, support, and down payment assistance, she was finally able to unlock the door to her very own three-bedroom home.
This isn’t just a house—it’s a new beginning. A place where she can thrive, plan for the future, and embrace the security she has long hoped for. Jacqueline’s story is proof that homeownership is possible, and PCCLT is making it happen—one family, one home, one dream at a time.
Your support helps make stories like Jacqueline’s a reality!
A Home of My Own – Nancy’s Story
My name is Nancy E., and I am a proud homeowner—something I never thought I’d be able to say.
For over 23 years, I’ve worked in social services, helping others find stability in their lives. But despite my dedication and steady employment, homeownership felt out of reach. As a single woman, the financial barriers were overwhelming. Women don’t get paid enough, and I wasn’t willing to marry just to own a home.
That’s why I am so incredibly grateful for Pima County Community Land Trust (PCCLT). Their program made the impossible possible. In 2012, I moved into my PCCLT home, and from that moment on, everything changed. I finally had a place that was mine—a place of security, stability, and pride.
More than just a house, my home is a gathering place for my children and grandchildren. It’s where we celebrate holidays, mark life’s milestones, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Without PCCLT, I wouldn’t have had this chance.
For women like me, for single parents, for those who work tirelessly but still struggle to afford a home—PCCLT is life-changing. I am living proof.
Thank you, PCCLT, for giving me a home, a future, and a place where my family belongs.
