Yuma Community Food Bank

The Yuma Community Food Bank's Mission is to relieve hunger, increase self-reliance and improve the quality of life for children and families throughout Southwestern Arizona. Our families need us to continue what we do and to be there every step of the way. In order to maintain services the Yuma Community Food Bank accepts donations in terms of food, funds, and time.

Founded in 1978 by a group of dedicated volunteers, the Yuma Community Food Bank focused on feeding hungry children in Yuma County. Over forty years later, the Yuma Community Food Bank continues to create and enhance emergency and supplemental food programs that have an educational and nutritional component for families throughout Yuma and La Paz County.

The Yuma Community Food Bank acts as a conduit for providing food to area nonprofits such as Crossroads Mission, Catholic Community Services, Amberly's Place, Adventist, and many other nonprofit agencies. It also provides daily food distribution and mobile distribution to communities in Yuma and La Paz.
