Museum in Motion

The "Museum in Motion" program brings local history into Valley classrooms through lessons plans focusing on people, places and events directly associated with the Santa Cruz Valley.  Lessons, written to meet State guidelines, include slides, games, manipulatives and museum kits containing historic artifacts and activity to promote active learning.  Volunteers present historically accurate information that encourages a love of history and fosters a sense of community belonging.
