To inspire support of PreK-12 teachers in Southern Arizona through community collaborations that attract, retain, and celebrate teacher excellence.

Tucson Values Teachers is an innovative approach to educational reform that grows out of strong partnerships among businesses, educators and the community. TVT has met early success with programs for teachers, including well-paid internships and a range of discounts, incentives, and financial support built on business/education partnerships.
