Who We Are

Friends of PACC is the official nonprofit partner of Pima Animal Care Center (PACC), dedicated to supporting shelter pets and community programs that keep animals healthy, happy, and with their families. Through lifesaving medical care, enrichment, foster and adoption support, and critical community outreach, we work to make Pima County a better place for pets and those who love them.

Our Mission: To support Pima Animal Care Center and enhance its efforts to save the lives of pets in need.

Our Vision: Every pet served by Pima Animal Care Center is supported with the resources needed for a safe, healthy, and happy future.

What We're Fundraising For

This AZ Gives Day, we're raising funds to support two vital initiatives:

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for Community Cats – TNR is a proven, humane solution to reduce the number of cats in shelters and improve their overall health. With your support, we can spay/neuter, vaccinate, and return more community cats, preventing unnecessary euthanasia and ensuring they live safe, healthy lives. Thanks to the Bonnie Kay Challenge, every dollar donated to the TNR program will be matched up to $50,000, doubling your impact and allowing us to help even more cats in need.

The Dog Play Yard Project – Every dog deserves a chance to run, play, and thrive outside of a kennel. This project will create a 7,000 square foot play yard where dogs can de-stress, socialize, and get the exercise they need to stay happy and adoptable. Thanks to generous donors, every dollar you give will be matched up to $60,000, doubling your impact!
