Did you know that our first children’s book is award-winning?

We are so grateful to have been listed in Great Reads from Great Places in 2024! Only two books from each state receive this honor, and that means our book was included in The Library of Congress and featured at the National Book Festival in Washington, D.C., last August.

On the Verde River represented Arizona’s literary heritage as part of the Library of Congress’s “Great Reads” program, and we’re proud to continue sharing the Verde River’s story with young readers!
