Our women 's lives have been disrupted in unprecedented ways as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of our women are working and raising children, while taking their own coursework and participating in a mentoring relationship. Many of them are in need of upgraded computer equipment and faster/stronger internet connectivity. More than one-third of our women are single parents and more than 30 percent are also caring for a loved one in their home who is not one of their children (most often parents or siblings). Their resilience in the face of adversity is amazing. They are grateful for any support they can receive.
